At Rambagh, an ambulance was stuck in traffic for around 10 minutes while the road was closed due to the 15 August celebrations. An ambulance should never be stopped when someone’s life could be at stake. No celebration or protocol should ever come at the cost of someone’s life.

J&K Traffic Police, Srinagar Police, please take note and ensure that ambulances are given priority at all times.
