My longtime mentee and stellar DJ @elpedronight (and @WalteroDMV) were guests on The Basement podcast. Six years ago, we concepted the wildly successful @AdoboDMV party and cultural happening in DC.

After discussing that on the show, without prompting, he essentially spent eight minutes laying out 15 years of my history in growing award-winning and highly-influential local, national and global pop cultural movements through nightlife and community development.

I don't talk about it nearly enough, but a solid 25-50% of it is all right here. Grateful.

Culture is bigger than music but music is the glue that brings people together. They're linked hand in hand.
