@vedictrades Don’t do this I’ve been where you are. It feels like progress but it’s just underfueling You might lose weight, but it comes with low energy, hair fall, dry skin, muscle loss ( hormone = fucked)
Instead, Hit the gym, eat around maintenance calories , keep protein high,
@AaronBaner Honestly I keep it pretty simple i use the first 10am 5min fvg with the IB, and if there’s no FVG, I just don’t trade, if the IB is bullish I only look for bullish FVGs , if i get bearish fvg i will wait for price to inverse it(and vice versa for short) Thanks to @PatternProfits

Do you recommend using a 15-min IB or 1-hour IB for this model?
Also, is there any additional data or filters you track with IB (like range size, session bias)
