Player Spotlight

Tresor Mkoko | 6’0” | G | Rockford One Shot 17U | Jefferson High School (IL)

Mkoko is a quick guard who is fast with the ball in transition. He showed he can finish off the drive and when cutting. Mkoko scored off a strong baseline drive as well as a back cut where he made a strong contested finish at the rim. The Class of 2027 guard impressed most when getting out and running in transition.

Player Spotlight

Adonis Pickett | 5’11” | PG | Rockford One Shot 17U | Jefferson High School (IL)

Pickett is a high motor point guard who competed hard over the weekend in Rockford. He played with enthusiasm and wanted to win. Pickett can make shots from the perimeter and showed he can make a step back three. The Class of 2027 guard can improve by adding muscle to his frame and displaying the ability to make perimeter shots at a high rate.

Rockford One Shot 17U PG Adonis Pickett plays with a high motor and competes hard. He’s dominated the ball this weekend and shown the ability to shoot from the perimeter off the dribble. His biggest strengths are his motor and desire to win.

2027 Adonis Pickett G l is really quick. He’s anticipating lanes to turn it into transition offense for himself on the other end.
