@TheJoshMan07 Me, but it depends on the game and the implementation of it. If the option is just "On/Off" then its poorly implemented and I probs leave it off, but if it has a slider or 1-10 options then I have it on at a lower level like around a 3.

@_noscar @Wowhead the only thing that's random about it is which item it gives you, but if you use it like 4x on the same boss u will get all 4 items on the loot table, it has no chance at giving you gold or anything other than an item
