@geoff20man@Scotty_Murray However much we crave success, we must never lose this spirit. We are a community club that surpasses generations. Thanks to Geoff, I still sit with sons, daughters, brothers, in-laws from across the country. That’s what Bristol City is about! We are family! Well done Scotty!!
@BristolCity Please pass to Gerhard: Herzlich Willkommen!
@TheRobinsZone Bundesliga 2 is very competitive with several big clubs who feel they belong in the top flight - sound familiar? Struber had won the league with 1.FC Köln when he fell out with the Board and was sacked with 2 games left. Maybe he sees City as a chance to prove he can do it again?
@TheExiledRobin The ‘group’ feels let down, abandoned. At least he admitted it was pure ambition and no other consideration. Sackings are different but compare it to all the Spurs players speaking out for Ange. Let’s move on quickly, make that appointment and take 6 points off NCFC next season!
@TheRobinsWay I don’t believe Manning has left due to financial backing or family ties. With consistent PL experience and 25,000 season ticket holders, Norwich is a good next step, just as we were in relation to Oxford. It’s driven by the ambition of someone who never made it as a player.
@Ry_Ry91 There is an old adage in football - if a player wants to leave, don’t try to keep him. Same applies for managers! If @BristolCity are trying to persuade Manning to stay, it shows lack of leadership, and could lead to a toxic atmosphere at the Gate next season. On your way, son!
@FCMetz@FCMetz Le club doit savoir que sur la côte sud de l’Angleterre et en centre ville de Berlin les supporteurs de nos héros lorrains se réjouissent pour la montée en Ligue 1 tellement bien méritée! Allez Les Grenats !!! ♥️
@footballheaven@BBCSheffield With all the negativity from Blades fans, maybe we should have been the club going to the final. We would do absolutely anything to be back in the top flight after nearly half a century and would sell out Wembley twice over!! #CiderReds
@TheExiledRobin Travelling from Dorset to City, I can’t agree on Bournemouth. Most Cherries fans used to support Man U or Chelsea and would swiftly revert. Still very much a small club that luckily had new investments and a brilliant young manager at the same time. Lessons to be learned by BCFC?
@TheExiledRobin Spot on! Sport is lost when clubs feel they have an inexorable right to success. Man U near the relegation zone and Man C winning nothing makes for a good season. Feeling glad all over for Palace and one day… one day, we will know those emotions too!! #COYR
@TheExiledRobin Reaching the playoffs was an incredible success. From a squad bearing no comparison with Sheff U, several playing or on bench were injured, plus those already missing. Insidious parachute payments distort this division. Liam, the team and fans who stayed have been magnificent!
@1TeamInBristol_ If you look at what the last few weeks have done for attendances and season ticket sales, just think what might be possible with true success!!
