How does it work?

Each station project is launched through a dedicated session with a total QSHRE target.

1⃣ Participants acquire QSHRE tokens at a fixed rate of $1 each.
2⃣ QSHRE are allocated to the specific project (recorded on the blockchain via Smart Contract)
3⃣ Once the station is operational, the locked QSHRE enter a phase of progressive restitution at a steady rate of 2.5% per quarter
4⃣ Participants can track the station’s progress and request restitution through QoWatt’s decentralized application.

How is the restitution structured?

The restitution is based on actual energy contribution.
Every three months, 50% of the station’s gross contributive capacity* is redistributed in stablecoins to participants via requests — proportionally to their involvement in that project.

*Gross contributive capacity is defined as the difference between the net sales revenue (excl. tax) from charging sessions and the total energy purchase cost (incl. non-recoverable taxes).

This reflects real station performance, not speculative projections.

What is the QSHRE ?

QSHRE tokens represent non-transferables and non-tradable shares of the projects.

❌It is not a financial product nor a property title and doesn't offer dividends or voting rights.

✅It represents a structured right to restitution — conditional upon the real-world activity of the station it was linked to.

Limited mechanism:

To ensure progressive and controlled deployment, the total annual cap is set at $900,000 worth of open project sessions.
This ceiling avoids dilution and maintains transparency and pacing for the program.

Technologically, the system is blockchain-based, yet non-speculative.
No trading mechanics. No volatile tokenomics.
Just a structured, on-chain access to verifiable energy performance and corresponding restitution in stablecoins.
