@AmericanAir You say it is delayed due to maintenance, Maintenance is a term used when planning is involved, if you have to maintain a flight that is scheduled it is a mistake, an error and a lack of caring for your customers

@AmericanAir I do not feel you are doing nothing, the organization in Jamaica is the worse, no one tells you anything , they do not prioritize international connections, you do not comply with timings, it is the worse experiences, I usually avoid your airline 2 out of 3 there has been delays
