It’s generally reported that sky are hiking TV prices by an average 6.7%.

On discounted deals it’s much more. Mine is increasing 12.5%! Having contacted sky they say it’s permitted in the contract which was only renegotiated in January! @MartinSLewis @skytv @MSE_Deals

@NatWest_Help customer service and bankline fails again. The computerised tel service and Cora are not fit for purpose. Had an urgent request as suspected a scam but it just took ages to get through and then being passed from robot to human!

Terrible customer service at shell energy. Waited on the chat for 25 mins and then just as I was getting to the top of the queue my session expired. Truly awful from @ShellEnergyHome Just wanted to make a payment and set up a DD.
