It's a shame that in order to request a 2-year leave of absence under Law 104/92, after first requesting unpaid leave, one must return to work for a month to allow INPS to calculate the salary, instead of calculating it on the basis of the base salary of the last salary before the unpaid leave. This means having to abandon the elderly and infirm person at home alone for a month, with the risk that if something happens, it could be a crime of abandonment of an incapacitated person and prison. Congratulations on the Italian record. For the animals!!!
