It’s been a while since I messaged, my last 2 orders I was refused any kind of remedy. I don’t think that’s good enough. As a loyal uber one member I feel i might decide to start using competitors

I have messaged, just to make you aware this is the second time in a row this has happened. We pay a premium price to have expensive food delivered, all we ask is that it comes promptly. The app sending drivers to multiple stops before it gets to you may be the cause
