@OPP_HSD @ONtransport I have had an HOT permit for 7 months now, and I can tell you, about 1/3 of the drivers don't have a permit sticker or a passenger. I could have driven those 7 months and I would not have been pulled over. If you make rules, why don't you enforce them

What's the point in increasing speeds
