@Toyota_India I bought this car about 2 months ago. Immediately after buying it, the engine started making noise. I got it checked two-three times but even after checking the dealer could not find out what was causing the noise. Is your service so bad?

I purchased a car from Sprite Toyota, G. Noida. I was told that the battery was guarantee for 2 years & 40k Km. Engine noise and starting problem from the beginning, which I complained about, Now the car has completely stop working, no one is listening or replacing the battery.

Dear Sir / Team,

I am [Surendra Singh]. I purchased a Tata Signa 2832 model vehicle from Ashok Automobile Ventures LLP, Ghaziabad,Uttar Pradesh INDIA on January 2, 2026. However, the dealer has already sold the vehicle to another company [ Preet earth movers OPC private limited]and issued a bill in someone else's name, not mine. This is a serious fraud and I have been duped.

I contacted the dealer, but they not only ignored my complaint but also treated me rudely. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I wish to file a complaint.

I have collected all the documents and evidence, including the vehicle bill, records of my conversations with the dealer, and other relevant documents. I request you to take immediate action on my complaint and provide me with a fair resolution.

 If I don't see appropriate action from you, I will be forced to go to court and take legal action against you for fraud and unethical behavior. I want this matter taken seriously and my complaint resolved.

श्रीमान जी एक ��्रवण नामक व्यक्ति की मृत्यु दिनांक 25/01/26 को कलेक्ट्रेट के पास गोल चक्कर पर हो जाती है।आज तक 2 महीने बीत जाने के बाद भी एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं की गई है।परेशान महिला बार-बार चौकी थाने ACP,DCP, कमिश्नर, के यहां चक्कर लगा चुकी है लेकिन कोई भी FIR करने को तैयार नहीं है।
