@FASTag_NETC I DID contact my bank (ICICI). They admitted in writing the car was exempt, but REFUSE to raise a digital chargeback. Instead, they illegally told me to "physically visit the toll plaza" for a refund! Are banks allowed to violate NETC guidelines like this?
