I was having terrible periods at age 12 when I was washing my face with soap and using zero makeup, no nails, nothing. Please stop trying to make reproductive issues a personal fault
@WIcentrist@revenant_MMXX Im similar to your age (30s) and work with youth. Something you are missing here is how much more overprotective parents have become. My siblings and i were latchkey kids. a lot of parents my age and older cannot imagine lettting kids go anywhere outside of home without an adult
Thanks to all of you we just hit $1.8 Million raised! @ironmouse wants you to keep it coming!

whenever anyone invalidates chappells sexuality because she used to date men it makes me so fucking sad. so many lesbians have dated men and convinced themselves they liked men at some point in their life. it doesn't make them any less of a lesbian.
Chrono Trigger: 15-20 hours.
Final Fantasy 4: 15ish hours.
Final Fantasy 7: 25-30 hours.
Dragon Quest 5: 20 hours
Lufia 2: maybe 25.
I'll take a great story and tight gameplay over bloat any day of the week. Just because you can make a long RPG doesn't mean you should.
Otter at a local zoo is going viral after showing zookeepers her favorite marble collection.
At a local zoo, staff noticed one otter had a habit that was different from the rest.
Otters are known for using rocks to crack open shellfish, and some even keep their favorite stones because they work better than others. But this otter wasn’t saving rocks. She was saving marbles.
Zookeepers first noticed her hiding one shiny marble in the corner of her enclosure. Then another appeared. Then another.
Soon, staff realized she wasn’t just collecting them by accident. She was carefully keeping each one like it meant something.
The zookeepers thought it was so sweet that one by one, staff members started bringing her a different marble as a gift. Every time she received one, she would take it gently, inspect it, and add it to her little collection.
Now, whenever certain keepers visit, she gathers the marbles together as if she’s showing them off. Visitors say it looks like she knows exactly which marble came from which person.
Refunding a cheap indie game that you actually enjoyed, just because you beat it in under 2 hours, isn't a "life hack".
It's just evil.
And to the people saying "just make the game longer"
you are the exact reason companies like Ubisoft get away with pumping out empty, soulless over 100 hour games designed only to waste your time.
"Cats don't actually love you"
A cat is a small creature in the middle of the food chain that is fully aware that you are a very large thing that could stomp its head in at any moment and yet it chooses to rest its tiny little head on your leg for a nap and spreads out on the floor near you exposing its belly and its most sensitive organs. It brings dead mice and bugs to you to share food.
Don't you get it? This tiny thing trusts you. It wants to help you too. It licks your leg thinking that it's helping. It kneads on you to find comfort. It shares its body warmth with you in the cold and gives you your space in the heat. It hisses at other mammals it sees outside including other cats in an effort to protect its family.
Cats love you so so much. But they will keep trying to eat plastic.
