Can I please hear from one police officer, anonymously, share their feelings on these actions. Either share why you think it is ok or, if you do not think it is ok, why you still participate in them. If there is large opposition to the orders in the police force, you should coordinate a sick out and have no one show up .

But since you remain silent , I have to assume you agree with the orders or are falling back on the rationalization “I didn’t like it personally, but was just following orders”.

I’ve spent months and months in India. Really love it. Great people overall. Great culture overall. Great history in their country.

That doesn’t mean you have a right to go live wherever you want. Identify the aspects of the USA (or any desirable country), and be vocal and engaged in India to develop those attributes there.

I don’t have the right to just go to Japan and say I’ve decided to live there for the rest of my life. I can ask. But they can say no.

Same in this case. You don’t have a right to reside permanently in the USA just because you want to. I lived and worked in the UK for two years. I had to check with the local Police department every quarter to verify where I lived and that I still worked for the same company. They could tell me to leave and revoke my work permit whenever they wanted.

Part of a winning presidential campaign

I’d like future presidents to expand the DoJ and assign a lawyer to every senator, congressperson, Supreme Court justice, and federal judge and their family. Investigate their families for financial misconduct, insider trading , etc.

If the elected officials or judiciary don’t like it, they can resign.

This is so easy to solve. No one wants anyone hurt. Bring in the military. Pack these people on planes. Denaturalize those that are “citizens” but know nothing of French culture. And send them to their family’s country of origin.

I have spent several months living in India. I really do like the people and the country (truly unique culture and tremendous history).

I understand the desire to build a life in the USA. But why not try to understand those components that make the USA desirable and focus on adding those attributes to India.

The USA is not a hotel that people just get to stay in because they choose to
