Hi @AmericanExpress@AskAmex you've got to look into your customer service in Germany, I've been calling for 6 weeks every week to get an answer on my application and all I get is "we don't have a clue". No follow up, nothing. This is embarrassing.
Hello @CRL_Airport my wife lost her phone on a ryanair plane that now is heading towards you from Bucharest, who can I contact to find it?
Thanks,
Andrei

@CMichaelGibson@adamrocketblack@uchefeatuyota How do you know how much a person any age is going to live? Triage is done based on what you come with (previous ilnesses etc.), not what you're going to do after.
Big, important thread alert:
There is a lot going on in Europe that feels like it's coming to a head soon... probably by the end of the summer. The EU economy is in mild recession...
@N26_Support I do not want another method, the method you advertise as working should actually work. This is not a singular case, so you should actually focus on solving the issue: being able to process passports from 2018 that have a validity for 10 years.
That simple.
@N26_Support You're awfully quiet now, @n26@n26_Support, is there no text-book reply for making a mistake? You could try with "we're sorry for the inconvenience, we'll do our best to correct the error".
@N26_Support Maybe before rushing to respond, you might want to check on the issue, otherwise you look even more foolish?
I live in Germany and my passport is on your list as accepted documents, the "problem" seems to be that it's valid 10 years!
