@barandbench Judge Sahab is right upto a very large extent. The system inherited from British has not evolved to meet Indian needs and aspirations. Rampant corruption in trial cout is well known. There is absolutely no effective mechanism to check the same.

@BJP4UP Development is not the main issue. The real issue is rampant corruption and Bad Governance. And for this public servants are real culprits. They even invent new and novel ways of corruption and propell politicians on dirty ways of illegal and criminal activities.

Commissions culture is the culture of public servants and politicians alike. Most of them are inefficient and highly corrupt.
