@HDFC_Bank I applied for Swiggy HDFC bank and the process is taking a very long time. I was talking to an agent and she was able to hear me all this while. When I started complaining, that moment itself she pretended she was unable to hear me and the call got disconnected.
The restaurant has a Jain option in Masala Uttapam and it was clearly selected in the order. If the restaurant cannot serve it without potato then they should remove the jain option.
@zomato I ordered Jain Masala Uttapam and the restaurant had put potato in it. The support exec said there won't be any replacement or refund because this is out of Zomato's control. In contrast I received a refund last time for less of qty of pasta from some other restaurant.
I felt like football getting tossed over from one person to another. Both Zomato and the restaurant are raising their hands up leaving me hungry on a Saturday morning. This is an awful experience. #Zomato
