It’s been 5 days since your last reply and after 5–6 complaint requests, there is ZERO effort and ZERO resolution from JioMart.
This is completely unacceptable.

@JioMart_Support Seriously? I have the call recordings of your customer care saying that it's the mistake from their side. The pickup guy himself denied accepting the item saying the photo is not visible and they can't take it.
I have been present all the times and no pickup was attempted.

Nobody informed me to uninstall the router and now they are asking me to get the router. I mean, it's your duty to inform customer
Now it's been more than 10 days without wifi here and no one is taking any action. You can't expect customers to know everything about your policies, if you have not informed me about it then it's your duty to either give the router or shift it from the old place

@Vivo_India I have updated my #Z1x to the funtouch OS version 6.8.30, which says that battery issue solved when screen is off.
And so it does what it promised, but what about the drain issue when I'm using the phone, as that problem is still not solved?

After one month when I visited support centre they told me that the phone was return back to customer . When I argued they have given another phone to me
