Think of the World Cup as being the best teams *from each region* competing against each other. It's far more important to FIFA to reach the furthest corners of the planet than to just get the best teams based on their (flawed) ranking system.

@ScottJund Huntress having up to 10 hatchets was not problematic. Revert the infantry belt and leather loop addon rework.
Also, huntress does not need to be 4.6. She's a ranged killer for a reason.

@Leachy_Jr Huntress should not he 115. The problem with her is that her hatchets are too slow. Make her hatchets faster AND heavier to compensate so the trajectory isn't affected.
Making her 115 will turn her into a super boring zoner rather than a powerful sniper.
