It’s legitimately so simple… minimize losses in your spending and wisely invest the rest. Renting is a loss but so is paying interest on a loan….

If interest+ Maitanance + taxes outweighs what rent would be then it’s smarter to rent. Which at 8% interest right now is almost certainly the case unless you’re renting out the home and they’re paying more than the interest and costs are.

I played assassins Creed shadows in graphics mode which turns on ray tracing but limits to 30 frames per second and honestly, it only takes about 10 to 15 minutes of playing before your eyes adjust to it and you don’t really notice it anymore. Higher frame rates are really more about performance relative to other people in competitive gaming.

To claim to know as matter of certainty all these things at once is truly dishonest or ignorant:

1. God exists
2. Christianity is the correct way to access God
3. My interpretation of the Bible and what leads to salvation is correct

Heck i could add a 4th point that you’re certain that there even is an afterlife.

These things require faith. There is evidence to support Christianity but no one can seriously in good concious claim that all 4 of these are 100% certain.

This makes me realize that LeBron has opened a small but not impossible opportunity to completely trash his legacy at the last minute. Imagine if the Lakers actually somehow exceed expectations and get to the NBA finals or even when the title without him. Or imagine the Lakers beat him in the finals. He would legitimately never live it down especially this late in his career that would be the closing memory everyone remembers about him is losing to his former team who are now better without him.

Yup. I’ve always felt that shooting should be 90% based off shot selection and shooting attributes and maybe only 10% based off timing. Like im not trying to spend 1000hrs timing Steph curry’s jumper he already did the work let me just work on executing the offense and dribbling/defense.
