@TfL please congratulate the colleague doing the announcements at Acton Town this morning amid the Piccadilly Line delays. Very clear and helpful; a model of how to do it.
@NationalHways There is a long stretch on the A11 southbound S of the junction with the A505 with a 40 limit and no explanation or any apparent works or other justification. Some signage saying why and for how long would be helpful.
@British_Airways So not even in the terminal your flight goes from. I still regard this as poor service. Had anyone been staffing your check in desks perhaps we would have found this out. Reference to an obscure part of your website does not (repeat not) cut it.
@British_Airways not happy with service at Vienna this morning. Noone at your check in desks and no information as to lounge for club class. Got through passport control only to be told it is on the landside of passport control. Ridiculous!
@SW_Help Perhaps I should have said I am on a route where there is engineering work and RR was laid on on previous days. I was not thinking that RR is laid on to replace trains not running due to industrial action!
@SW_Help where do the rail replacement buses for Kew Bridge actually stop to pick up passengers? There is nothing at the station to say as far as I can see

@findmypast access to 1921 census seems to have failed in the last few minutes. One can search but not access transcripts or images. (I am a subscriber!). Message says: “Sorry, that payment didn’t go through - there was an issue on our end. Please try again.” (which I have).
@GOVUK It is not working - persistent message thus: "Sorry, there is a problem with the service
This might be caused by a high number of people trying to use this service at the moment. Try again later."
@itvhubhelp we are trying to watch Sunday’s Endeavour on catch up and it keeps using auto description and then when we switch that off it goes mute. The two seem somehow linked. The service is unusable under these conditions.
The public wants parliament to have a central role in legislation, so why does the Retained EU Law Bill enhance the legislative power of ministers? https://t.co/V1QnOB8fvJ via @ConUnit_UCL
