I won’t speak to outpatient as I have seen where some will be in it for less helpful reasons but as someone who has worked inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and IOP settings (1/2)

Granted I think that there is something to be said about the importance of on job training, when you are a therapist, especially in a specialized program, you begin to realize how much theoretical framework and knowledge thereof impacts client outcomes

@_xaibii I don’t get the complaining that ‘it doesn’t make sense’. Drew and Cody have the agreement that Cody has to EARN his way to the belt, but Drew sabotages him every chance to do so and Aldis sees this and gives the chance that was stolen. Don’t have to like it but it makes sense
