💜 Yadda zaka tsara challenge ɗin:
Idan ka ayyana abin da zaka yi cikin kwanaki 30:
• Ka raba shi zuwa weekly targets (abin da zaka cimma a kowane sati)
• Sai ka sake raba shi zuwa daily targets (abin da zaka yi kowace rana)
• Ka ware lokaci (mintuna ko awanni) da zaka riƙa aiwatar da shi
💜 Abu mafi muhimmanci:
Ka tabbatar kana bin tsarin ka na kowace rana, ba tare da bari wata rana ta wuce baka cimma target ɗinka ba.
💜 Shawara:
Ka saka realistic goals,
kar ka ɗora wa kanka abin da ka san ba zaka iya ba.
