I think if anything it builds on what Klopp has built the foundations of. It's a masterclass in how to set up a club for a transition with room for an incoming manager to grow. Klopp built a foundation which peaked in 19/20 and was able to coach the fundamentals with new personnel.

2. Anonymised exit interviews available to job applicants
3. Forget OFSTED - secret supply teachers
4. More open conversations about toxic schools

@MrMetacognition I think it's a great opportunity after some rest and TLC to try and review the evidence informed practice over the past year and maybe areas that we want to go on CPD for or areas of interest. The school year is fast-paced, and we can end up neglecting our own support needs.

@englishspecial This has been a great discussion. To add my 2 cents, I suggest ditching triple science, reducing combined science content, and adding a '4th' subject on science literacy, such as focusing on interpreting science in the news

In my opinion, there isn’t a one size fits all approach to leading and coaching people. We need to know and understand the people we lead and adjust our approach to develop a strong working relationship and support professional development.

Daniel Goleman highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence in leadership.
