This week, we have been delighted to share the announcement of our impending merger with IFtL!

However, today we would like to announce that Adrian Roger’s, our CEO, will be stepping away in July 2027. We would like to thank him for his contributions to growing Chiltern Learning Trust from a three school Trust to soon to be 43 schools.

Adrian has pushed us for excellence, helped us oversee the transformation of schools and been part of our success to Trust of the Year in 2025. His teaching and leadership have touched the lives of thousands of young people!
Thank you, Adrian! 💙
