I first visited @SpringfieldBeds in 1991, when I was a PE teacher at Robert Bruce. It’s a lovely community school. I’m so proud of how welcoming it has become over the last three years and what a wonderful ethos there is there ❤️ #proud

Future leaders, stronger trusts.

@TryThisTeaching delivered a fantastic talk today at @MATPartNet about diversity and leadership, exploring how trusts can be inclusive leadership practices, tackle barriers to progression and develop the leaders of tomorrow! 👏💙

And that’s a wrap! What a brilliant two days at the MAT Strategy Forum in Cheshire.

We’ve had a busy couple of days, connecting with great people, hearing thought-provoking ideas and enjoying plenty of conversations along the way.

It’s been a great start, with some really interesting presentations, including from our own Amjad Ali and Sufian Sadiq. 💙

There have also been plenty of opportunities to share ideas, learn from others and connect with Trust colleagues from across the country.

Looking forward to the rest of the programme!
