Got my first computer during COVID. I had time to think about what I actually enjoyed doing and what I’d love to wake up every morning to do for the rest of my life. That’s how I got into Software Engineering. Easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
You know when you learn a new word or meet someone, and suddenly they're everywhere?
It’s called the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon (frequency illusion). Your brain stops filtering them out as background noise because you finally flagged them as relevant.
@FlaskconAfrica It means N identical requests have the exact same effect as a single request. No side effects on subsequent invocations, making it safe to retry. GET/PUT/DELETE are idempotent, POST is not.
