@MattWalshBlog Problem is, everyone says alcohol is ok in moderation. What is moderation? Studies have shown that 1-2 drinks PER WEEK is moderation, and the body can process that just fine. If you can limit alcohol to that amount, go ahead. Many of us can’t.
