It's funny when I see Government appointees defending INEC even on matters that are sensitive and clearly bothering on issues around partisanship.

If it is just random APC supporters that are defending INEC on a matter like this, I will understand, but I am unable to understand why a Government appointee will be defending INEC on a matter that bothers on partisanship.

People have come out to prove that the INEC National Chairman has partisan links to APC as of 2023. They say the referee for the match in waiting, is already biased based on a tweet linked to him as of year 2023.

We have not seen any credible platform come out to counter the 2023 tweet yet.

INEC has alot of means of communication. None of them have been activated to debunk the allegation yet. It is not then the job of Government aides to be defending INEC.

It does not make any sense.

The fact is, I expected better from the INEC National Chairman, but unfortunately, he has so far, not covered himself in glory.

I expected the INEC National Chairman to have understood that the position of INEC National Chairman is a very sensitive position that can either make or mar anyone.

Anyway, let us see what happens next, but it is proven that the INEC National Chairman is partisan and I expect him to resign to conserve the integrity of INEC and our institutions of Government lest he be making a mockery of our institutions of Government.
