કેન્દ્રીય ગૃહ-સહકાર મંત્રી શ્રી અમિતભાઈ શાહના વરદ્હસ્તે ગાંધીનગર માટે એક વિશેષ સંકલિત ડિજિટલ પ્લેટફોર્મ 'પીએમ - ફેમિલી કેર ટ્રેકર' (PM-FCT) પાયલોટ પ્રોજેક્ટનોમુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈ પટેલ, નાયબ મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી હર્ષભાઈ સંઘવી, આરોગ્ય રાજ્યમંત્રીશ્રી પ્રફુલભાઈ પાનસેરીયા તથા અન્ય મહાનુભાવોની ઉપસ્થિતિમાં પ્રારંભ કરવામાં આવ્યો.

કેન્દ્રીય ગૃહ-સહકાર મંત્રીશ્રી દ્વારા 'પ્રધાનમંત્રી ફેમિલી કેર ટ્રેકર’ યોજનાના પ્રથમ ત્રણ લાભાર્થીઓને સત્તાવાર ડિજિટલ પત્રક એનાયત કરીને પ્રોજેક્ટની સફળ શરૂઆત કરાવવામાં આવી હતી. તેમણે બાળકોને પોલિયોના ટીપાં પીવડાવ્યા હતા. આ ઉપરાંત બાળકો, ધાત્રી માતાઓ અને સગર્ભા મહિલાઓને ન્યુટ્રિશન કીટનું વિતરણ પણ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું તેમજ આરોગ્ય સુરક્ષાના આ મહત્વપૂર્ણ અભિયાન અંતર્ગત 'હેલ્થ પાસપોર્ટ' જારી કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.
