As a follow up of my post from yesterday, I have received multiple comments about how difficult is for many people to do 5h/week of exercise. I know it is difficult for many…
However, the average daily time we spend on social media is 2h:24min…From ages 35-54, the average time is ~2h and for ages >54 is ~1:40h…
If we could cut our social media time by half, we could spare an extra 50-60min per day for exercise, which multiplied by 5days/week it would be ~300min
I strongly believe that if we could cut social media by half or more and use that time to exercise ~300min a week since childhood, a vast number of type 2 diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease and a bunch of several forms of cancers and even a good number of Alzheimer’s disease could be prevented. Nevertheless, the profound impact on our quality of longevity would be significant.
Finally, the impact on mental health disorders should also be significant.

The medial division of the LFCN lying on top of the sartorius in the mid-thigh. Can often be confused with the Anterior Femoral cutaneous nerve (which comes from the Femoral nerve). The fat pad gives it away #watchthecuties@AgataKapu@jeffgadsden
@twitevit @DrChrisUllom if you consume too much protein in one meal ~ 70g or more it will get wasted in gluconeogenesis so better to spread it out in two or 3 meals
