🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Tens of thousands of Spencer Pratt voters are now receiving rejection letters from the county clerk saying that their ballots were not counted due to signature irregularities. Yet, Governor Gavin Newsom just passed legislation that would make it illegal for anyone conducting oversight, to contest signatures that they deemed fraudulent. Democrats allow ballots to be signed with an X, a -, or a 🙂 to pass and count, but all of a sudden, only Republican signatures are being flagged for irregularities, rejected, and not counted. 🤔 One of these California Republican voters said that his signature has been on file for over 20 years and there has never been an issue until he voted for Spencer Pratt. Nithya Ramen has beaten Spencer Pratt by less than 3000 votes. There are at least 18,000 Pratt voters who received this letter saying their votes were rejected.

NEW: Mayor Karen Bass’ own brother is part of a lawsuit saying Karen Bass over the pacific palisades fire
You literally can’t make this up
“We are learning LA Mayor Karen Bass's own brother is part of a massive lawsuit against the city over the Palisades fire. We're diving into the court documents naming him as one of the plaintiffs.”
“Thousands of property owners who saw their homes burned to the ground in the Palisades are now suing the city of LA, and today we learned Mayor Bass's own brother is also taking legal action — According to this lawsuit first reported on by LA Material, the home is a total burn down, and Kenneth Bass experienced smoke inhalation and emotional distress.”
Here’s what they don’t mention in this report, part of the lawsuit specifically alleges Democrat leadership failure
“Negligence in water infrastructure (e.g., empty Santa Ynez Reservoir leading to low or zero water pressure for firefighters”
“Poor vegetation management, inadequate fire preparedness, and overall government failures that allowed the fire to spread and cause massive damage.”
Mayor Karen Bass’ own brother is specifically naming her as a failure
One of Karmelo Anthony's most outspoken supporters, Jerome Parker Winston, was arrested shortly after the verdict.
Winston had repeatedly clashed with people outside the courthouse throughout the trial. Was recorded jumping up and down in a white man's face.
Following Anthony's conviction and 35-year sentence for the fatal stabbing of Austin Metcalf, Winston was taken into custody on a charge of unlawfully carrying a weapon.

NEWS: Senator Elizabeth Warren is asking the SEC to delay the SpaceX IPO over valuation and governance concerns.
Here is the context.
Warren sent a 12 page letter to the SEC on Tuesday. She wants regulators to hold off before Friday's debut.
Her three main points. The accounting around SpaceX buying Musk's xAI could be misleading. Elon Musk's power as majority shareholder is "uniquely unchecked." And fast index inclusion would force passive fund investors into the stock with no choice.
What the letter leaves out. The $135 price is fixed and the same for everyone, which removes the usual IPO games that favor insiders over retail.
Index inclusion is not the SEC rigging anything. It follows the index providers' own published rules, the same path every large company takes into the S&P or Nasdaq 100.
Elon Musk's control through a large stake is standard for founder led tech like Meta and Google. The xAI deal terms and risk factors are laid out in the public S-1 for investors to weigh.
A senator can write a letter. The SEC reviews filings under securities law. SpaceX is still set to trade Friday.
