Grok says that it’s been designed by xAI to be ‘less over-refused and more capable’ than other AI chatbots.
And who has been harmed as a result? Women and children.
She said the image was only taken down once she initiated legal action

The ability of Grok to strip women and children was not an accident.
Safeguards could have been built into the chatbot, but its creators chose not to.
