@SiddharthKG7 He didn’t jump from the plane - he crashed with plane awoke and jumped from the wreckage. he was right next to emergency exit. And he was lucky 🍀
Oh lord that is a flaps not down failure - not sure how the flight config warnings were ignored - but the total lack of lift and visual in the flap up is key - the flight was underweight so the initial lift could still occur with just engine thrust but that would lead to the stall.
@ArmedUpdat1947 Seems strange - if flaps were not extended they wouldn’t not have gained the limited altitude they did gain and distance. Did they retract flaps and not landing gear instead. Dual engine failure without a bird strike insanely rare.
@Vikspeaks1@PilotPoli Dual engine failure - without a strike (birds) is insanely rare like hens teeth rare. Zero flaps at take off is more likely - however I would note that had they not had flaps they should have crashed sooner and at lower altitude.
@Mohsin_o2 First thing i saw - definitely not extended - logically it’s the only reason and also many crashes have happened dues to this being missed - usually a failure in checklist pre takeoff.
