Footage of Eddie driving the Renault RE40 V6 Turbo in very wet conditions during practice.

It’s amazing to see the inputs the driver has to make continuously while also having to change gear. This really is what F1 was about.

Przed nami jedzie kilka ciężarówek. Nie ma możliwości wyprzedzania, gdyż z naprzeciwka jadą samochody w kierunku Białego Boru. Jedziemy jeden za drugim ze zbliżonymi prędkościami, by nie powodować zagrożenia w ruchu. Nagle kierowca jadący za nami zaczyna wyprzedzać na siłę, stwarzając niebezpieczeństwo (z naprzeciwka wciąż jadą pojazdy). Zmusza nas do hamowania, a po wjechaniu przed nas, złośliwie hamuje niemal do zera. Tacy ludzie nie powinni w ogóle dostawać prawa jazdy.

Qualifying 4th overall

The Race

At the start of the race, there was a collision between Ayrton Senna and Gerhard Berger at the first corner. Debris from this collision struck Boutsen’s helmet and his car breaking his right side wing mirror.

Boutson initially continued after the first-lap chaos but his race ended early on lap 3 due to an engine failure. It was suspected that some of the debris from the opening-lap incident had entered the overhead air-intake, causing the engine to cut out.

The race started at 1pm local time and the temperature was 41 degrees centigrade which must have been a nightmare for the drivers.

Mansell took his first win for Ferrari in his debut for the prancing horse.

🥈 🇫🇷 Alain Prost - McLaren MP4/5 V10

🥉 🇧🇷 Maurício Gugelmin - March CG891 Judd V8

Mansell cut his hands on the trophy following the race. 🫣

Unfortunately the circuit was demolished in 2012 to make way for facilities to be used at the 2016 Summer Olympics.

We ride in car with the legend Peter Brock as he battles with a pack of Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworth’s and the Nissan Skyline R32 GT-R.

Brock and Miedecke would finish the event 7th overall.

The V8 sounds amazing but the RS500 was beyond fast. The R32 was even quicker.

Amazing times at one of the best tracks in the World.
