Custom AI real estate websites for agents & small brokerages. IDX, Digital Assistant & CRM. A personal Engineer on your side. Explore Agent Winds below.
I led AI product at one of the largest banks in America.
25 million people used the assistant I helped build.
Now I'm bringing that same AI to real estate — because agent websites are stuck in 2015.
Here's what I learned shipping AI at scale, and why real estate is next:
🧵
A website redesign should not erase your local guides, IDX paths, or incoming leads. Map old URLs, test redirects, and verify the lead handoff before launch. Our migration checklist: https://t.co/FFDSy3OUfm #RealEstateTech
A pretty homepage is not a lead strategy. Test a real estate site as a buyer, then a seller: search on your phone, ask a hard question, and see whether the agent gets useful context. Here is a 15-minute audition: https://t.co/MnMAQNP6Wv #RealEstateTech
$NAK / Pebble: I just purchased the transcript of the June 25, 2026 oral arguments in Northern Dynasty v. EPA for about $150.
My read: a mixed hearing. EPA has a strong scientific-deference defense, but Judge Gleason did not clearly endorse either side’s interpretation of the statutory standard.
The key wording dispute:
• Congress requires a finding that discharges “will have an unacceptable adverse effect.”
• Pebble argues EPA applied a weaker test: impacts “reasonably likely” to cause “significant” loss or damage.
EPA used the statutory wording. Pebble’s argument is that the underlying analysis did not meet that threshold.
EPA’s strongest response: future harm requires prediction, and significant, permanent destruction of spawning habitat can constitute unacceptable harm. Scientific deference matters—but cannot excuse the wrong legal standard.
Any favorable ruling’s impact depends on the remedy. Remanding to EPA while leaving the veto effective is very different from vacating it. Neither automatically approves the mine.

If you have the means, an optional contribution toward the transcript cost is appreciated:

Agents spend thousands on lead gen tools but ignore the one they already own: their website. 97% of visitors leave without a trace. Here's why your site should be your first lead gen tool: https://t.co/U3b38DniQF #RealEstateTech#AI
Each frontier model makes a larger set of human tasks eligible for automation. That doesn’t merely increase demand by the number of new users—it multiplies demand because agents perform longer workflows, make repeated model calls and can operate continuously.
Compute supply cannot expand at the same speed because power, data centers and accelerators take years to deploy. Labs must therefore choose between selling scarce frontier intelligence broadly or reserving more capacity for internal research, where thousands of agents could accelerate the development of the next model.
That creates an awkward public dynamic: consumers receive strict limits or weakened access while the labs potentially consume enormous amounts of compute internally. Slowing public model releases—or keeping users on an older model that can be served reliably—reduces that tension while giving infrastructure time to catch up.
Astra illustrates the problem: shortly after release, access was constrained and new Pro 20X subscriptions were paused because demand strained available capacity. Every more capable successor will automate additional workflows, causing another step-change in compute demand.
3 is your closest guess - the signs are right in front of us. And it’s not some conspiracy. Better models mean more tasks and workflows can be eligible for agents to takeover which multiplies demand. We don’t have the compute to meet that demand so the limited compute we have is going to be either A) too expensive for the average person - only elites can afford frontier models or B) Labs simply have to dig into there own compute allocation and forego all the glory by solving problems themselves with them hogging all compute. It looks bad if they release Astra 2.0 and us plebians use it for 2 hours and get cut off meanwhile there running 200 thousand agents solving Math problems. But if people are on Astra 5.6 not throttled for the next year and we don’t get a new model we ll be non the wiser to this dynamic
Case in point Astra was nerfed and the pro 20x plan taken down within days.
Next model more workflows will be eligible more tasks automated by agents more compute demand that can’t be provided.
The best lead gen ideas share one flaw: they need you to show up. The fix is assets that work when you don't — starting with a website that talks back. New post: https://t.co/kd4oDFL3Hq #RealEstateTech#AIinRealEstate
Your lead capture page converts 2-5% of visitors. The other 95% hit the form and left. The fix is not a better form — it is removing the form from the critical path. https://t.co/TGZOhD3gjw #RealEstateTech#PropTech
Most agents lose 80% of website visitors to registration walls. AI lead capture flips the model: answer questions first, earn the right to ask later. Here's how it works → https://t.co/RXvrHyIFB5 #AIinRealEstate
Finding leads is expensive. Converting them shouldn't be.
Agents on Agent Winds replaced static contact forms with conversational AI. Visitors actually engage when there's no "fill this out and wait" wall.
#RealEstateTech#AI
Your website costs $500+/mo and takes weeks to launch.
Ours? $149/mo. No contract. Live in days. Leads captured through conversation, not forms nobody fills.
Loads 2.1x faster on mobile too.
The old playbook is expensive and slow. #PropTech#RealEstateTech
Your site has 12 pages. Visitor clicks around, hits a form… bounces.
Our sites: visitor asks a question. AI answers with real listings, neighborhood data, market trends. Mid-conversation, they're a lead.
No forms. Just answers.
Stop browsing. Just ask.

I spent years making AI that helped a bank's bottom line.
Now I'm making AI that helps YOUR bottom line.
Real estate agents deserve better than plug-in websites from 2015. You deserve an AI that works while you're showing houses.
That's Agent Winds.
