文科背景、零代码、靠 Agent 拿下新三板和 C 轮客户

这是周莫 @thiszhoumo 在 @AgenticNow Salon #1 by 「这个时代不奖励知道最多的人，奖励先动手的人。」

「AI 是属于新一代的游戏。在这个新游戏的世界里，旧玩家是没有话语权的。」 上讲的故事。
编导专业出身，没写过一行代码。
她现在对 Claude 的称呼是「柯老师」。

她怎么做到的？

① 内容工作流全部交给 Agent
热点监控、初稿生成、排版发布。
X 开发者 API 充了 55 美元，
Claude 说够用很久，她一周花完了。

② SEO 小白做成获客引擎
完全不懂 SEO，但她定策略，Agent 执行。
写给开发团队的页面关键词偏「性价比」，
写给个人开发者的偏「便宜、接入快」。
有一天 Agent 写了 19 篇博文，
她还想加，Agent 拒绝了：
「不然爬虫也爬不过来。」
两个大客户后来直接通过谷歌找到了她。

③ 30 分钟做完一个小产品
太多人问她怎么把 AI 融入工作，
她让柯老师写了个小网页——
填一张表，自动生成协作工作流建议。
从想法到上线，不到半小时。

她反复强调的一个判断：

「AI 是杠杆。但支点是你自己。
你的判断、经历、审美——
AI 放大的是你已经有的东西。」

最后一句话，说得很轻：

「这个时代不奖励知道最多的人，奖励先动手的人。」

「你的 AI 分身越像你，越没有价值」

InfiAI 创始人 Richard 在 @AgenticNow Salon #1 by @CryptoKitchenCN 上的这句话，是我听过关于 AI 分身最清醒的判断。

他的逻辑：
如果你的生活已经够吃力，
一个 98% 还原度的分身能帮你什么？
还是那个面对不了困难的人。

「A 98% version of you is still you.
A 200% version of you might be the winner.」

那人类还剩什么不能被替代？

他给了三个答案：
① 人本身——情绪、影响力、价值观
② 人与人之间的关系——信任和期待不可复制
③ 人表达的方式——为什么说、对谁说、什么时刻说

他还讲了四次媒介革命的规律：

博客时代的作者，在微博时代消失了。
微博大 V，在抖音时代消失了。
每一次传播逻辑变了，不是旧 KOL 平移，是新人崛起。

AI 社交是第四次。这条规律没有例外过。

最狠的还是这句：

AI 社交的终局，不是数字克隆人替你发朋友圈。
是让 AI 把你变成 200% 的你。

问题不再是「AI 会不会替代我」。
问题是「你想被放大多少倍」。

「UI 正在消失」——Fintech PM Troy 在 @AgenticNow Salon by @CryptoKitchenCN 上的判断

@Troyzhy 文科出身，2024 年底才开始用 Cursor。
然后每天高强度 Vibe Coding 十到二十个小时，在巴厘岛住了一年。

几个核心判断：

① 比 @AnthropicAI 官方早三个月
2025 年 4 月就开始让 AI 先规划步骤再执行。
这是 Claude Skills 的雏形。官方 10 月才发布。
高强度用，自然比市场跑得快。

② OpenClaw 是组装机，Claude Cowork 是 iMac
前者自由度大，后者开箱即用。
他的工作流重心始终在 Claude Cowork。

③ 一句话解决一个 Bug
数据库、代码仓库、工作群全部接入。
「去群里看看是什么问题。」
Agent 自己进群、查数据、看代码、验前端。
以前两天，现在 15 分钟。

④ 最刺激的判断
未来 60-70% 的应用会变成纯粹给 Agent 用的。
UI 界面会消失。
很多人说 Claude Code「做得很丑」——他说那恰恰是看到了未来。

⑤ PC 时代结束了
他出门不背电脑。
手机加麦克风，语音跟 Agent 交互。

最后有人问：最大的弊端是什么？

「不是技术。是大部分人还不会用。」

不是 Agent 不行。是你还没把自己交给它。
