If we go with avg order size of Rs 5000 , mdr rates is Rs 20 only.
Minimum 5%margin ( generally 10%) of Rs 250 should be there for Rs 5000 order . Taking a hit of Rs 20 should not be a problem.
So this is a PR stunt.
