PAKISTAN: 42 years after Pakistan banned student unions, the rights of millions remain suspended.

The ban violates:
📌 Article 21 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), Right to peaceful assembly
📌Article 22 of ICCPR, Right to freedom of association
📌Article 19 of ICCPR, Right to freedom of expression

📢 Student unions are essential for free and inclusive campuses.
