@craigstrong Hopefully just giving people confidence to piece things together but the costs are high. It can show larger organisations how decisions can be made differently. I like the approaches to value streams, prioritisation (wsjf) and the intent of trains and big room planning.
A common observation for me is where there is misalignment in strategy, but rather than address it and ask the difficult questions, the reactive behaviour is to focus on ops and delivery, which is a distraction from what you really need to do.
