@airtelindia Airtel swallowed my 4000 rupees one year pack two days ago. Doesn't this all come under fraud? I have lost 4000. They have not refunded my money. They have not allowed me to continue my pack. Can there be a daylight robbery like this?

@airtelindia @AdobeExpress Think carefully before buying Airtel's one year pack. If we buy a one year pack, they will stop the service halfway. They will not refund, and they will not allow us to continue the one year pack. If you ask customer, they will say that there is no option. Be careful, public.

@airtelindia My 1-year prepaid pack (~₹4000) disappeared after an unclear in-app update triggered postpaid migration. Reverted instantly, SIM reset, benefits lost. No refund, no restore. Users: think twice before buying yearly packs.
