@CrystalPalacePK @LBofBromley That's very sad to see that people organise big parties with DJs and loud music and that there is no reinforcement to control some of the antisocial behavior. Seriously, can anyone invite a DJ to play in the park loud music? There are no rules, and the locals pay the price :(
