1. How will I get my connection flight from DEL-COK (scheduled for 04:50pm, Dec 4th) when I arrive at DEL only at 11:35pm on Dec 4th
2. Will they arrange AI sponsored hotel stay in view of COVID if layover is more than 6-8 hours
3. How do I ensure that I don't lose my luggage
@lufthansa I had booked a ticket to Belgrade recently but the government rules revised soon after and required a quarantine hence I'm unable to travel there now. When I checked with Helpdesk in Germany they asked me to mail but I haven't got a response yet. Please could you help.
@makemytripcare There is no use, I have not yet got a response. I can't believe how difficult it is dealing with 3rd party. I REITERTATE, BOOK DIRECTLY WITH AIRLINES DURING THESE TIMES . They allow you to re-route, modify date and time , cancel bookings and much more.
@makemytrip its a pity how unresponsive your customer care is especially during these times when support is needed the most.I have been calling to enquire regarding my flights and cancellation, unfortunately even the app is not working.

@SRBinIndia please exempt Covishield vaccinated Indian citizens from quarantine on arrival in Serbia (atleast those wih stopover for RT-PCR and Transit purpose) and not exiting airport

Bloody hell we are paying for Prime service and being harassed for not speaking a regional language (mind it Hindi is not the national language). It is not expected from an international company like @amazon
@amazonIN Stop forcing customers to speak in hindi to get their issues addressed (especially on non-Hindi speaking Indians), my account got hacked and the customer care representative Madhan was forcing me to speak Hindi and said that I'm 'denying to take help in hindi'.
It is like saying that English queue is filled but the Italian customer care is available so you can try taking help from them. How dare he accuses me of denting services especially in a language I'm not comfortable to speak.
@AsianetBB , what the hell is happening with the internet, from day3 of connection it works at snail's pace. My plan (what I paid for) states 50 Mbps, in reality I get 5 mbps speed.
And today there is no connection at all. Worst service and connection ever.
