Sambhav Jain will be in News for just one day like Judge Aman Sharma was
THESE MEN GET NO JUSTICE IN INDIA
No commission for men that cares for these lives
5 months since Aman Sharma suicide.
ZERO ARRESTS
This is what anti-men laws in India are doing to men.
Sambhav Jain was a software engineer. He married in 2023 & had a child who suffered from frequent illnesses, resulting in heavy medical expenses that pushed him deep into debt.
His wife filed for divorce, & the court reportedly ordered him to pay ₹3 crore to her. He paid ₹1 crore but was unable to arrange the next instalment of another ₹1 crore.
He sent his father a message saying “Sorry Papa” & then tragically died by suicide after jumping from a 42nd-floor Airbnb.
Serious questions must be asked about our laws & judicial system. No legal system should leave a person feeling that death is the only way out.
Sambhav Jain is not the only one !!!
Countless men are suffering in India today because of extreme demands by wife and her family when a marriage breaks down
There is literally ZERO RECOURSE for a man and his family if his marriage breaks down and his wife is hell bent on ruining his life
Entire family is implicated in dowry, DV, maintenance cases and they have to do rounds of courts every month, many times in far off cities as wife files cases from her home town. Elderly parents are also dragged along no matter if they never even stayed with the couple
Men in their 30's, 40's are being forced to shell out 50 Lacs, 1 Crore, 2 crore in Alimony settlements - as if money grows on trees for men and their families
Courts are happily encouraging such settlements. Infact courts are siding with women for such settlements. Open bargaining is happening in our courts and every mediation centre has talks of money in 95% cases.
On top of all this, just so many men are like walking deads because they don't get to even see their child in divorce disputes and our courts don't really care. It takes minimum six months for a father to even get a glimpse of his child if wife leaves and doesn't want to come back.
I sometimes am in awe seeing the patience and resilience these men have. I cannot even fathom the pain they carry in their heart 💔
Amid divorce, debt and ALIMONY pressure he ended Life. His premature son's treatment had already cost over 30 lakh, forcing him to borrow heavily.
He was facing around 3 CRORE in debt and nearly 20 LAKH in alimony to his ex-wife. @PTI_News@ANI@ndtvindia
It is deeply painful; I have known Ajeet Bharti through this platform for years. You may disagree with his words or conduct, but it is an undeniable truth that he has never been a slave to power. While he has supported the government’s good works and policies from time to time, he has—with even greater intensity—opposed its failures and incompetence.
Ajeet Bharti’s weakness and compulsion is that he never learned to speak in a non-political, artificial, sophisticated way. He never knew how to butter up, mix up, or twist things. No government or party scholar could ever praise the good works and policies of the government as much as he did, but many times he also complicated it by criticizing the opposition. In the fight between truth and falsehood, Ajeet Bharti never worried about the rise or fall of his personal life and behavior, he never stepped back, he never wavered, which other people avoid doing.
Today, Ajeet Bharti is not only fighting his own battle against the Modi Act (also known as the SC ST Act) but is also fighting the battle of all those living and dead souls from whom the Modi Act has taken away everything. Ajeet Bharti is capable of fighting his own battle but in this country even terrorists, rioters, rapists and criminals get bail but due to Modi Act Ajeet Bharti does not get bail because he is alive, fearless and non-apologetic.
Best of Luck Sher @ajeetbharti 🔥
A shocking twist in IIT Bombay student Sahil Wakode's suicide case as CCTV footage blows the lid off the narrative.
What was the real motive behind framing Professor Suryanarayana Doolla under the SC-ST Act?
The toxic conspiracy to weaponize caste hatred inside India's top institutes exposed by @pujaranaa
How? By filing cases under the "Atrocious" Act against erudite professors in premier institutions for preventing "young talent" from cheating in examinations.
IIT Bombay Director resigned but this convo will shook the education system 🚨
Girl student - Sir, you don't even know how much pressure is on a student
Shireesh Kedare - Okay, should we make cheating legal for you guys? So that you don't take pressure? We are asked to design papers for students who have the brains to study. For students who came into IIT through 80 percentile. Just because some of you students came through 30 percentile, we can't make the paper that much easy for other students.
Girl student - You are still being shameless sir. This was all your fault
Shireesh Kedare - I am resigning because there was some of my fault. But each one of you children who has ever done cheating should leave this IIT now. I will also ask the watchman to resign just because he couldn't check someone's pant for a mobile phone. All the parents around the world should also resign from their parental duties if they can't raise a studious child. That student feared them, not us. Your parents should be ashamed to send you to IITs when you are not even capable of passing a single exam of IIT.
Sir literally cooked this girl student. He resigned but he made sure to show the world how bad this education system is. Respect +++
At this point, all of the IIT faculty should just resign. Shut down the institution and declare this as 0 year.
The professors will easily get jobs at private coaching institutes or settle abroad
And these so called "brilliant" students will face the consequences of their own actions instead of blaming the entire system
If you demand accountability from everyone except yourselves, what exactly are you learning in IIT ??
1947 ended foreign diktats on Indian soil. Threats of 100% tariffs won’t dictate where Bharat sources its energy. This isn’t about oil , it is about sovereignty, self-respect, and strategic autonomy.
As Bhagwan Krishna commands in the Gita (2.3):
‘क्लैब्यं मा स्म गमः पार्थ नैतत्त्वय्युपपद्यते।
क्षुद्रं हृदयदौर्बल्यं त्यक्त्वोत्तिष्ठ परन्तप॥’
Yield not to unmanliness, shake off faint-heartedness, and arise.
To every Indian: Make external pressure irrelevant. Back our entrepreneurs. Buy from homegrown startups. Build domestic muscle.
Real autonomy begins in your cart. 🇮🇳✨
There are 23 IITs.
So, why not divide them completely by category.. ?
• 12 IITs exclusively for students who clear the Open-category cutoff and EWS students.
• 6 IITs exclusively for OBC-category students.
• 5 IITs exclusively for SC/ST students.
And if this is truly about representation, let the faculty and staff in each IIT also belong to the same categories as the students.
No mixed standards. No arguments over quotas. No victimCard on Caste Discrimination .
Let each category experience its own system in its entirety.
Prevent a thief from stealing, and the SC/ST act will be slapped against you.
That the professor himself was from OBC community did not protect him from this act.
GC and OBC Hindus must immediately realize they are in existential danger. Otherwise, this is just the tip of an iceberg and you will not survive this storm.
Reservation and the SC/ST atrocity act is a curse upon this nation. They took away the life of Sahil Wakode.
Let me explain why I say this.
I too have studied at one of India's premier institutions, and I saw something that people are often unwilling to discuss honestly. There can be an enormous academic gulf between students sitting in the same classroom. This does not necessarily mean that one group is hardworking and the other is not. Some of the students who struggled the most were also among the hardest-working.
The uncomfortable truth is that human ability has natural limits. The human brain, like the human body, differs from person to person. Exercise cannot turn every man into an Olympic athlete, and effort cannot give every student the same aptitude for mathematics, abstraction or rapid learning. Hard work can take a person a very long way, but it cannot abolish differences in innate ability.
Yet modern Indian society refuses to accept this simple fact.
Modern Indian parents are taught to believe that hard work is the answer to everything. When a child struggles, they do not ask whether the child has reached the limits of his particular aptitude. They tell him to work harder. They beat him, shame him, compare him with other children and make him believe that failure is a moral defect.
This becomes particularly vicious when education is treated as a matter of family honour and social status.
And then we take a student who might have been perfectly capable of succeeding in an ordinary college, place him in an extraordinarily competitive institution through a reservation system, and surround him with students selected from an entirely different academic distribution.
What happens next?
The student does not suddenly become stupid. He is simply competing in an environment in which the relative gap between him and his classmates may be enormous. He works harder and harder, yet continues to see others effortlessly doing what takes him hours. His marks remain low. His confidence collapses.
And because this is India, marks are not merely marks.
They become a public measure of intelligence, worth and family prestige.
The student begins to believe that everyone around him is discovering what his parents refuse to admit: that he cannot keep up.
That is where reservation becomes cruel.
Had the same student entered a college whose academic level was closer to his own preparation and aptitude, he might have been an average student instead of a perpetual failure. He might have competed with his classmates, made friends, succeeded at something and left college with his confidence intact.
Instead, our caste-based admission system can put him into an elite environment where the academic mismatch becomes a source of constant humiliation, while the surrounding culture tells him that there is no legitimate explanation for his struggle except that he has not worked hard enough. This constant humiliation makes him resort to desperate measures like cheating.
This is not compassion.
It is cruelty disguised as social justice.
And there is another poisonous consequence. Once caste becomes institutionalized in admissions and discipline, every academic dispute can acquire a caste dimension. The student sees himself as a victim of caste. The institution becomes afraid of appearing casteist. Teachers become conscious of the SC/ST machinery hanging over every interaction. Resentment grows on all sides. Reservation and SC/ST atrocity act is breaking India
