You never get perspective looking through someone else's lens.
You only get perspective from your perspective not theirs.
They distort what you see with their perspective.
It's about your perspective not theirs.
Be careful of what lens you look through
If they don't see their hypocrisy, you'll never be able to explain it to them.
The information is not in the explanation but them not seeing it.
People have a reason and logic blind spots.
If they can't see it, no explanation will clarify it for them.
Even if you explain it.
They never remember when you're right.
They never forget when you're wrong.
They never give you credit when you're right.
They always blame you when you're wrong.
You're always wrong and never right regardless of the outcome in their eyes.
Let go of other people's judgments.
The obstacles are the journey.
Most everyone talks about the destination/payoff space.
But what do you remember.
You remember the obstacles that you had to overcome on your journey.
It's never the arrival that forges you.
It's the obstacles you overcome.
That's the arrival.
