India was trying to buy 1.5M tons of urea on their current purchase tender.
By all accounts, it looks like they are going to fail to secure 250K tons.
This will force a fresh tender announcement that will see them competing with a lot of world buyers in Q1.
...here it comes.

- EU production still 75% normal due to high gas values
