@nypost I think people do not understand this. His network is about 100m US$. But the reported investment/ real estate debt is 1.2B $. That is for the company that he co-owns with others. However, his personal debt is estimated around 30m$ to 60m$. Meaning he is not in negative.
Yesterday's live session lasted 2 hours and 45 minutes, yet we devoted the entire session to only three entities: NSIP, Organizing Pneumonia (OP), and Alveolar Macrophage Pneumonia (formerly DIP).
Why?
Because this course is not about listing differential diagnoses. It is about understanding the nuances of HRCT interpretation that determine whether you report with confidence or uncertainty.
During the session, we explored:
• When NSIP can be confidently diagnosed and when it should not.
• How to avoid overdiagnosing NSIP when the pattern is actually probable or indeterminate UIP.
• The uncommon cystic presentation of NSIP.
• How to distinguish NSIP from alveolar macrophage pneumonia, with and without cysts.
• Associated HRCT findings that strengthen the diagnosis of NSIP.
• The evolution of NSIP over time.
• Why organizing pneumonia deserves discussion within the chronic ground-glass opacity pattern despite its classic presentation as consolidation.
• The diverse radiologic manifestations of alveolar macrophage pneumonia encountered in clinical practice.
Next Friday, we will continue with the remaining entities in the same systematic approach:
• Lymphocytic interstitial pneumonia (LIP)
• Chronic eosinophilic pneumonia (CEP)
• Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA)
We deliberately move slowly—not to prolong the course, but to ensure that every important nuance is understood.
Radiologists and pulmonologists develop expertise by interpreting hundreds of real-world HRCT cases over many years. This course aims to shorten that learning curve by reviewing a large collection of carefully selected cases and videos, allowing participants to gain practical experience through a structured, pattern-based approach.
Mastering HRCT is not about seeing more diseases. It is about seeing the same diseases more deeply.
@DaudiKabanda There is nothing new under the sun. Whatever the atrocities done. It's just a wave that will clear soon. Could take months, years or so. But it will end.
