@TalkTalk Highly disappointed by service. Customer care doesn't provide correct info. Have been charged extra due to misinformation. Please look into this urgently.
@TalkTalk Hi I have made a complaint 2 days ago. I haven't got any response yet. You are just fooling people. Worst services I have ever seen. Highly disappointed.
@TalkTalk Yes I understand this now. I contacted Talk Talk first time in December 2018 and clearly mentioned that I want to leave and moving my house in January. He should have mentioned about notice period, instead he advised to contact then only when I want to stop the connection.
@TalkTalk When I wanted to close the connection after contract was over, I was advised to call the day I want to end.i closed direct debit as I thought no more charges will be incured. Nxt call they told about 1 month notice. This lead to xtra charges.
